Introduction

Agreement to These Terms

ctk44 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all services available on the ctk44 website, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and the sports betting sportsbook. Access to and use of the ctk44 platform is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with these terms in their entirety.

These terms may be updated from time to time. When updates occur, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the ctk44 platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly to remain informed of any amendments.

Clause 1

Player Eligibility

To register and use the ctk44 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ctk44 does not permit access or registration to any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other non-personal entities are not eligible to hold a player account.
• You must be the legal and beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your ctk44 account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on ctk44 or have had a ctk44 account permanently closed for breach of these terms.

ctk44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Clause 2

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold one account only. ctk44 prohibits the creation or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. ctk44 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify ctk44 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• ctk44 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without notice and to transfer any remaining balance from duplicate accounts to the verified primary account, minus any bonuses obtained through the duplicated accounts.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be marked dormant. ctk44 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any dormant account action is taken.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ctk44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following policies govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ctk44 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms at the time of offer.
• Bonuses are issued to individual accounts and are non-transferable. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash unless the relevant wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• ctk44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice. Promotions that have already been claimed by a player will not be retroactively altered to the player's detriment.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts or different payment methods will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• Any bonus credited as a result of a system error or a ctk44 administrative error that would not otherwise have been due to the player will be voided and removed from the account, regardless of whether the player has already wagered using those funds.

ctk44 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the promotion in a manner not intended by ctk44. In such cases, any winnings derived from the abused promotion may be forfeited.

Clause 5

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ctk44 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent ctk44's random number generation systems.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including pre-arranged betting patterns designed to guarantee a profit to one or more parties at the expense of ctk44 or other platform users.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or any form of financial fraud. All deposits are monitored and suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable laws.
• Attempting to reverse transactions, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in order to retain both the funds and any winnings derived from those funds.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification request from ctk44.

Clause 6

Responsible Gaming Obligations

ctk44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its player base. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that online casino and sports betting involve a risk of financial loss and that the outcome of all games and bets is determined by chance. ctk44 provides deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion as permanent tools available within your account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools to manage their gaming activity.

ctk44 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the ctk44 platform must not attempt to circumvent their self-exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited. Clause 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the ctk44 platform — including but not limited to the ctk44 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and the arrangement of all elements — is the property of ctk44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the ctk44 platform without prior written authorisation from ctk44.

Clause 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. ctk44's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ctk44 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Players access the platform at their own risk.

Clause 9

Account Suspension and Termination

ctk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time if any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities clause, or bonus terms.
• The player is identified as being under the age of 21, or as having provided false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• ctk44 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, court order, or other legal obligation.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct linked to the account.

Amendments to These Terms

ctk44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised terms on this page. For material changes, ctk44 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

Continued use of the ctk44 platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the ctk44 platform that cannot be resolved informally through ctk44 support will be subject to binding resolution in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures communicated to the player at the time the dispute is raised. ctk44 will always attempt to resolve disputes fairly and in good faith.
